D408螯合樹(shù)脂具有亞胺基二乙酸基螯合基因，對(duì)金屬離子的選擇性類(lèi)同于EDTA，選擇性次序?yàn)椋?/span>
Hg＞Cu＞Pb＞Ni＞Cd＞Zn＞Co＞Mn＞Ca＞Mn＞Ca＞Mg＞Ba＞Sr＞Na當(dāng)溶液中共存有一價(jià)和二價(jià)金屬離子時(shí)，D408螯合樹(shù)脂選擇性地交換吸附二價(jià)金屬離子，顯示出對(duì)二價(jià)金屬離子的高選擇性、高親和力。同時(shí)，被交換吸附的二價(jià)金屬離子在低PH值的溶液中很容易地解吸，使螯合基因重新恢復(fù)交換吸附的功能，正是這種優(yōu)良的化學(xué)特性，賦于D408螯合樹(shù)脂具有反復(fù)應(yīng)用和廣泛的用途。
